This is my favorite pepper. Similar to a Thai pepper in size/style but with more heat and better flavor. I use this pepper in so many different ways - on my sandwiches, dehydrated as chile flakes, preserved in oil, pickled, etc. Highly recommend!
It grows in upright clusters of 2-3, and likes to become a big bush. One plant will give you about 500 - 1,000 peppers depending on how often you pick and fertilize them. Firecracker chile flakes are the best chile flakes. Perfect heat level and flavor. I add them to quite literally everything - eggs, soups, pasta, chili, pizza, fish, ANYTHING.
