Delicious Mexican chile pepper used in many traditional dishes. My favorite thing to cook with this is Chile Rellenos - a Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and either fried or baked with whipped eggs. Chop this pepper up and put it in your next chili.
Seeds were picked from the largest and nicest-shaped pods from this season. Plant grows about 4.5 feet tall and will give you many peppers. This is another one of my all-tme favorite chiles.
